Refund policy

As a part of our commitment to delivering high-quality products, we offer an exchange-only policy for all purchases made on our website. Please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions of our Return and Refund Policy:

Exchange Policy :

We accept exchanges on products within 3 days from the date of delivery.
The item(s) for exchange must be in unused, unworn, and undamaged condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
The product(s) must be eligible for only exchange (e.g. size, Damage Product, etc.). Please check the product description for exchange eligibility.

Non-Eligible Items for Exchange:

Personalized or customized products cannot be exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
Products that do not meet the criteria mentioned in section 1 are not eligible for exchange.

Exchange Procedure :

Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s).
You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s) for exchange.
After we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process the exchange and dispatch the replacement item(s) as soon as possible.


Refund Policy :

Unity designer does not offer refunds on any purchases.
In case of a manufacturing defect or an error from our end, we will happily replace the item(s) with the same or similar product(s), subject to availability.
If the requested replacement item is not available, we will provide you with store credit for the same value as the original purchase.


Cancellation Policy :

We do not accept order cancellations once the order has been placed and payment has been processed.

Damaged or Defective Products :

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately within 3 days of delivery with courier opening video. We will arrange for the return of the damaged or defective item(s) and provide a replacement.
Shipping:

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless there was an error on our part in processing your order.
